We should plan on providing a list of ground motion databases, and indicate whether we support them.
For example, we now support the Costa Rica database, the NCBB (Canadian) database, the NRC database, etc.
We can possibly do this after v2 if there's no time now.
There are numerous sources of ground motion records stored on the internet or on other types of media.
Before QuakeManager, there was no way to combine, search and select ground motion records from most of these data sources.
With QuakeManager, it is very easy to import existing data using QuakeManager's record import capabilities and its "Self-Building Database" capability. This allows users to easily import, combine and search rare data sources that may not be accessible otherwise, or might require very cumbersome manual processing.
