   The “Column Layout” manager allows the user to save multiple record view column layouts: •Layout Selector: When the user selects a new layout from the the Ribbon drop-down box, the record view is modified to reflect the newly selected layout. •Save Layout: Save current layout such that the current columns (Title, RSN...) are saved such that current view may be retrieved later using the "Layout Selector". •Manage Saved Layouts: The created layout(s) can be modified, deleted and renamed where one or several columns can be removed. Users may choose the "Modify" bottom to delete or re-order select column(s).     The "Manage Layout Templates" dialog contains the default and user-customized layouts, whereas the "Manage Layout" dialog contains all the fields in a certain layout which can be deleted or moved.   .png)
