To obtain the time histories of the records, the user can download the record files from the online NGA-West2 database through the following steps:
•Access the online NGA-West2 database
•Click on the NGA-West2 database icon
•Log in with your credentials
•Search for records by their RSN and/or by supported record filters
•Click on the "Search" button
•Review the search results and choose the records you wish to download
•Download the records using the "Download Search Results (metadata+spectra)" or "Download Time Series Records (metadata+spectra+traces)" button
•Unzip the downloaded files and identify the records with the ".AT2" extension, which represent acceleration files.
•Copy the ".AT2" files and paste them into the NGA-West2 folder within the GMLibrary directory on your disk. The default location for the NGA-West2 folder is typically: C:\GMLibrary\NGA-West2.
