There are two methods for users to export the records:
1. Using the Export Records tool: export the selected records in the record view pane.
2. Using the Export Metadata tool: export the record and metadata.
3. Using the Rotate and Scale Tool: export the records by defining the basic and advanced options (path of the files on disk)
