The Basic Options section can be used to defined the basic options that need to be defined in order to rotate and/or scale record and create rotated copies in a target collection or suite while exported the new acceleration files to disk.

Rotate Records

Multiple options are available to rotate the select records as follows:

1.No Rotation: this option keeps the record in its original state and unrotated

2.Rotate all Records by Angle (Clockwise): rotate selected records by a specific user-input angle

3.Rotate H1 to Fp: rotate record first horizontal component to Fault parallel

4.Rotate H1 to Fn: rotate record second horizontal component to Fault normal

5.Rotate H1 to Fn + Angle (Clockwise): rotate record horizontal first direction to Fn and a user-input angle measured in the clockwise direction

6.Rotate H1 Component to Azimuth: rotate record horizontal first direction to the specified Azimuth angle

Scale Records

Unscaled: remove all existing scale factors and export records in the unscaled state

Apply new scale factor: users may input a different scale factor in which it replaces the generated one

Apply additional factor: apply an additional user-input scale factor which is multiplied by the current scale factor for each of the selected records

New Record Target Location

Users may specify a location to save the new rotated and/or scaled records using one of the options below:

Keep new records with original records: users can store new records in the same location (collection or suite) as the original ones.

Copy new records to Collection: users can place the new records in the selected collection.

Copy new records to Suite: users can add new records in the selected record suite.
